DMCA Policy

Huracan Young Player respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Huracan Young Player service or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
  3. Your contact information: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where you can be contacted.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Huracan Young Player may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.
